　　Since Vanadium and Titanium can form hard particles of vanadium carbonitride and titanium carbonitride; the hardness can reach over HV2800; the coefficient of sliding friction is few or none. On the friction sliding surface, there are almost 100/mm2hard particles form the first sliding surface and the second sliding surface with matrix, that can become well set of friction with cylinder. Meanwhile, that can reduce friction between two end planes of the height of rings, avoiding oil pumping phenomena caused by overspace of the back lash when rings are in the recess, resulting at the abrasion resistance of our rings is as over 130% as that of normal nodular cast iron.
